- Suction and exhaust valves are not closed:
If the suction and exhaust valves of the compressor are damaged, even if the
refrigerant is sufficient, the system cannot establish high and low pressure or it
is difficult to establish qualified high and low pressure, the system is not cooling
or the cooling effect is very poor.
- Holding shaft, card cylinder:
compressor if the loss of oil or impurities into the often cause holding shaft or
card cylinder, the failure phenomenon is, after the power compressor does not run,
the protector action.
- Vibration and noise:
this type of problem often occurs in the maintenance work, the general performance of
refrigeration does not have much impact, but will make the user feel abnormal,
caused by the cause is often the pipe and the case touch, the compressor's fixed
bolt loose and shock absorbing block off.
- The compressor is an accessory to the thermal protector, and the
fault is usually a broken circuit or a small action temperature point. Breakage will
cause the compressor does not work;
action temperature point is small will cause the compressor to work for a period of
time on the shutdown and repeatedly so, the problem is often easy and winding
between the turns of a slight short circuit mixed clear, the difference is that the
thermal protector is damaged when the working current is normal, winding short
circuit current is large.
