Defrosting phenomenon of refrigerator compressor is normal, but intermittent or non defrosting is abnormal, which belongs to fault of Embraco compressor or fault of refrigeration components

1. The problem of frosting and defrosting in the compressed exhaust pipe of the refrigerator is rare and abnormal. It is necessary to stop the machine for confirmation and maintenance.


2. There are two connecting copper pipes on the refrigerator compressor, one is the smaller exhaust pipe, and the other is the larger suction pipe. The suction pipe absorbs the low-temperature and low-pressure fluorine refrigerant gas, and after compression, the fluorine turns into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which is discharged from the exhaust pipe. Therefore, the surface of the exhaust pipe of the refrigerator compressor of the Embraco compressor is hot, and there will be no frosting or defrosting.


3. If there is frosting and defrosting on the suction pipe of the compressor, instead of on the exhaust pipe, because the suction pipe is the compressor sucking the lower temperature fluorine refrigerant gas back, there will be frosting on its surface (if the insulation layer on it falls off), which is normal, because there will be frosting when the compressor is running Frosting (when the temperature of refrigerator is reached and refrigeration is not needed) occurs when the Embraco compressor stops running.
